Your email address and telephone number are both required so that we can contact you regarding any queries and let you know that your profile has been approved, or if your application failed. These details are also required to enable those searching on our website to contact you.

The purpose of our site is to provide those searching for a counsellor with information about you before having to contact you, which is why the information has been made mandatory.
